The hotel is centrally located with a large parking garage opposite. The staff is very nice. The room was very clean.
We had a room facing the street and it was very noisy. In the bathroom, the light is far too dark.

Staff very nice and the room was clean. , Too bad that the breakfast was not included in the room rate. However, we would not have been able to see it anyway because we left the house before 7:30.

The location is awesome, close to the sights (museums etc.) ! The staff is very friendly and the accommodation is clean! A tiny lift transports a person and luggage to all floors. I had a room on the 6th floor with a great view of the rooftops !!!
The hotel is quite close to the center. It is very noisy here! As Paris is just noisy at night , this has nothing to do with the hotel! Loud because of. Police sirens . Horns of cars and motorbikes that really accelerate at night.

Neat and updated rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds and wake-up service. Accommodating and consistently courteous staff with knowledge of the place.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was served as a buffet (small selection) but very good :) The bathroom compared to the room was very large and the whole hotel was very clean!
The premises were a bit small and the corridors quite narrow. The walls are also very noisy.

Location
According to conditions we where supposed to check in at after 14.00. We arrived the hotel at 10.00 and where kindly received and let to storage luggage and asked to be back at 14.00 for check in. We could not check in since the guest occupying the room had not yet checked out as the time limit was 12.00 and the cleaning needed time to make room available. Fair enough. Back at 14.00 we where told the room was not ready. Upon my question - after explaining the background shortly - we where told it "is not an exact science" to make room ready and on top of that received a lesson in communication ("there are ways to talk to people") when protesting (I admit I used coarse language but it stemmed out of irritation and tiredness). The room was ready for us first 14.45. Not acceptable. Presume the hotel apply an "exact science" when checking guests out...

Clean, reasonably-priced hotel in an excellent location. Small but spotless room. The bathroom was spotless with modern equipment. Breakfast was served in the charming basement with stone walls . The desk staff was friendly, in particular the night desk man.
No one offered to help me with my bags. The hotel has a very small elevator. Not bad, but I would want a bit more luxury.

We had a nice room and a wonderful view out of the window. Fresh towels everyday. The room was always nicely made up and everything was clean. The lift is just big enough for two, or one person and a suitcase. The staff at the Abbatial is really pleasant and friendly. The hotel is located in the middle of the French quarter, more locals than tourists.

The hotel is perfectly situated near the Seine. The spacious and charming room provided lovely street views, and my kids adored the cozy dining area for breakfast, complete with fresh pastries.
My kids wished there were more options for kid-friendly meals at the hotel.

Great location, the staff are friendly and the rooms are small yet clean. I had a bar fridge in my room. The staff at the front desk spoke very good English and were always willing to help.
The telephone in the room did not work, and though we reported about it to the front desk, noone came to help. Trouble with the air conditioning. The elevator is tiny, and the hallways are often totally dark...
